- Refunds are only allowed on UNOPENED products purchased through awakiinkairos.com
- OPENED products are only eligible for store credit, refund not applicable.
- We are not able to accept exchanges of products at this time.
- Original shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Please note we do not provide return labels.

Pack and ship
The shipping cost on returned items is at the customer's expense.

Once received, returns are processed within 7-10 business days. As soon as we process your return, we will send you a confirmation email that refund was issued. The time to post a credit to your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for details.
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
There are some returns that we do not accept.
- Overly used products
- Products purchased outside of our 7-day return window
- Free gift or promotional items
If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, we won’t be able to issue a refund or store credit.
If you received a free gift with purchase and you are returning your order, you must include the free gift in your return if it no longer qualifies. If the gift is not received with your return items, this will delay the processing time.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE
If your package has not arrived, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of delivery. For tracking that says “Delivered” on USPS/UPS and it has not been delivered, please contact your local postal/UPS office for package status.
To file a claim for lost/or stolen package, please visit:
AWAKIIN KAIROS will provide and assist you with the required information needed to complete the claim, but it is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with USPS.
MISSING, WRONG, AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS?
All missing, wrong or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please email us at info@awakiinkairos.com and provide your order number along with a photo of what you received.
RETURNING PRODUCTS THAT ARE PURCHASED AT A STORE
If you purchased AWAKIIN KAIROS items from a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process.
- Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
- Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
